Resolution 1994-658 RESOLUTION NO. 94- 658 SEP 1 3 ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONE~S PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NtlISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCF. QI-47. WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinnncc 91-47, the direct costs of abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property; and WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together with a description of said parcel; and WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding obligation upon the property agnin~t which made until paid; and WHEREAS, the assessment shall b~come due and payable thirty (30) days after the mail ing of Notice of ":;~;cssment after which interest shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any unpaid portion thereof.
