A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONE~S
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NtlISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCF. QI-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinnncc 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property agnin~t which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall b~come due and payable thirty (30)
days after the mail ing of Notice of ":;~;cssment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ny THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, Fr.OllrnA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated of .1 ptlblic nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner o[ said property, is hereby assessed

The Clerk of the Board shall mAil a notice of assessment of lien
to the owner or owners of the above described property, and if such
owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution shilll be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier Cotlnty, Florida, to constitute a
lien against such property accordin~ to law, unless such direction is
stayed by this Board upon appeal of the assessment of the owner.

You, as the owner of the property ~bove described, as
recorded in the records maintajn~d by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby Advised that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 6/10/94, order thc abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on till' ,lhovc property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited dumping, accumulation, storage or burial of
litter, waste or abandoned property.
You failed to abate such nuis~ncc; whereupon, it was abuted
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
$495.00 and administrative cost of $200.00 for a total of
$695.00. Such costs, by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, have been assessed
against the above property on September 13, 19~d shall
