A RESOLUTION OF THE BOAIW OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF !.IEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBL 1 C tllll r;ANCE, I N ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCI: ')1-.1".
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordin~nc0 ()1-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall he ,wsessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the county as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a description of said parcel; ,1nd
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property agil i nnt '.'Ill ich made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment sha II uc{;ome due and payable thirty (30)
days after the mailing of Notice 01 A:;~cssment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve perc:('nt (12.0%) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, F'LOI~ I DA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated 01 i'l public nuisance after due and

The Clerk of the Board shall mail a notice of assessment of lien
to the owner or owners of the above described property, and if such
owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution ~hilll be filed in the Office of the
. Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida, to constitute a
lien against such property accordin~ to law, unless such direction is
stayed by this Board upon appeal of the assessment of the owner.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
