THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NtJlf,l\tlCF., It I l\('COIWMH:r:
WITH ORDINANCE 01-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in OrdinancQ 01-47, thp. uirect cm;ts ot
abatement of certain nuisances, including pre!.;crib(>(1 ildminb;trative
cost incurred by the County, shall be ClHscsscd aqoinf;t such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to ench parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commif;sioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding

WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due ilnu payable thirty PO)
days after the mailing of Notice of 1\5sessment Clftc'r which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12. O'~.) pc'r ;lnnura on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOI\RO or COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIOA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisonce after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed
the following costs of such abatement, to wit:

owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution shall be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, florida, to constitute a
. lien against such property according to law, unless such direction is
stayed by this Board upon appeal of the assessment of the owner.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second Clnd majority vote.
