THE ABATEMENT OF PUnLIC NlJJ:jANC~:, TN ACCORDANCE

WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinanco 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall bp. assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a description of said parcel; "nll
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be i1 legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property aqa i nnt. 't,1l ich made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall boc~ome due and payable thirty (30)
days aftar the mailing of Notice o[ A~AeBGment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve porc:C'!nt (12.0\> per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEO OV THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, nOI( IDA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated 01 n public nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner or A~id property, is hereby assessed

The clerk of the Board shall mail a notice of assessment of lien
to the owner or owners of the above described property, and if such
owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution shall be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for COllier-county, Florida, to constitute a '
lien against such property according to law, unless such direction i.
stayed by this Board upon appeal of thn assessment ot the owner.
This Resolution adopted after mntion,second and majority vote.

Immokale. as recorded in the Public Records of Collier
county at Everglades, Florida.
You, as the owner of the property ~bove described, as
recorded in the records maintained by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby rldvised that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 4/6/94, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on tho above property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notir.p. th0r~of upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited accumulation of non-protected movable
vegetation in excess of 18" in height in a SUbdivision
other than Golden Gate Estates. Prohibited dumpinq,
accumulation I storage or burial of litter, wast. or
abandoned property.
You failed to abate such nuisanco; whereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
$235.00 and administrative cost of $200.00 for a total of
$435.00. Such costs, by Re~olution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier Count.y, Florida, have been assessed
against the above property 011 SEP 6 - 1990\
and shall
become a lien on the property thirty (30) days after such
assessment.
