A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD Of COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUDLIC NUIr.ANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH OROINANC~. Ql-4'l.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinnnce ~1-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative

Lot 3, Block 7, NAPLES KANOR ADDITION, according to the
plat thereof on file and recorded in the PUblic Records
of collier county, Florida PB 3, Pages 67 and 68, and
subject to reservations, restrictions and limitations of
record.
You, as the owner of the pror~rt.y ..bove described, as
recorded in the records maintained by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby ..clvised that the Compliance
services Manager, did on 3/31/94, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on th~ ~bove property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice t.hnreof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Accumulation of prohibited species on unimproved land
located within 200' of improved, subdivided property.
You failed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
$1400.00 and administrative cost of $200.00 for a total of
$1600.00. Such costs, by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, have been assessed
become a lien on the property thirty (30) days after such
assessment.
You may request a hearing befor0 the Board of County
commissioners to show cause, i f .my, ',;hy the expenses and
