Services Manager, did on 3/31/94, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on t.hp above property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Accumulation of prohibited species on unimproved land
located within 200' of improved, subdivided property.
You failed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
$1400.00 and administra~ive COfit. of $200.00 for a total of
$1600.00. Such costs, by Resolut.ion of the Board of County
become a lien on the property thirty (30) days after such
assessment.
You may request a hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners to show c:ause. if ..n'l, why t.he expenses and
