A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
.,1> WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, ~the direct costs of
"abatement ot certain nuisances, inclUding prescribed administrative
leost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such propertYi

,.' lculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a description of said parceli and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall b~ a legal, valid and binding

;~ii> WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30)
days atter the mailing ot Notice ot Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate ot twelve percent (12.0t) per annum on any
