RESOLUTION NO. 92-~
JANUARY 14. 1992
RELATINC TO PETITION NUMBER V-91-17, FOR
A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter 125,
Florida statuteB, haB conferred on all countieB in Florida the pover to
.atabliah, coordinate and enforce zoning and Buch bUBinesB regulations
aa are necesBary for the protection of the public, and
WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Land
Development Code (Ordinance No. 91-102) which establiBhen requlationa
for the aoning of particular geoqraphic divisions of the County, among
which ia the qranting of varianceB, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning AppealB being the duly elected
conatituted board of the area hereby affected, haB held n public
hearing after notice as in said requlationB made and provided, and has
conaidered the advisability of a 13-foot variance from the required
front yard setback of 20 feet to 7 feet, and a 19-foot variance from
the required rear yard setback of 20 feet to 1 (one) foot as shown on
the attached plot plan, Exhibit "A" in a VR zone for the property
hereinafter described, and haB found aB a matter of fact that
aatiafaatory provision and arrangement has been made concerning all
applicable matterB required by Baid requlations and in accordance vith
Section 2.7.5 of the Zoning Regulations of said Land Development Code
tor the unincorporated area of Collier County, and
WHEREAS, all interested parties have been given opportunity to be
heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and the Board having
conaidered all matters presented,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ZONINC APPEALS ot
Collier County, Florida, that the Petition V-91-17 filed by Loia S.
Hoakina, with respect to the property hereinafter described aa:
Lot 18, Block 6, Goodland Heights Amended SUbdivision, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page B5, of the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

district wherein said property is located, subject to the following
coneSi tions:
1. With the exception ot existing bathroom facilities, the
Petitioner shall replace the existing first floor
improvements toward bringing the structure into compliance
with the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance to the maximum
reasonable extent. No habitation is to be permited within
the first floor.
BE IT RESOLVED that this Resolution relating to Petition Number
V-91-17 be recorded in the minutes of this Board.
