AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
91-102, THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT
CODE WHICH ESTABLISHED THE COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCORPORATED
AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING
- THE OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 9627N BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE
HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF C.R. 951 AND GOLDEN GATE
P ARKW A Y IN SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH,
RANGE 27 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
"GC" GOLF COURSE TO "C-3"; PROVIDING FOR STAFF
AND PLANNING COMMISSION STIPULATIONS; AND BY
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

SECTION ONE: fS~ ~

The zoning classification of the real property as more particularly described by Exhibit
"A", attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, and located in Section 22,
Township 49 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from "GC" Golf
Course to "C-3" and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 9627N, as described in
Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County Land Development Code is hereby amended
accordingly. The herein described real property is the same for which the rezone is hereby
approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The Golden Gate Parkway and C.R. 951 access points shall be limited to right-
in/right-out turning movements only. The applicant shall be responsible for
the required median improvements and modifications on C.R. 951 and Golden
Gate Parkway.
2. The required median improvements shall be considered site related, and,
therefore, the applicant shall not be eligible for any credit toward road impact
fees required by Ordinance 92-22, as amended.

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State.
