Resolution 1994-526 JUl 261994 RESOLI1TION NO. 94-526 A KESOLI1TION APPROVINO THE COUNTY'S TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATES AND SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARINGS rOR ADOPTION or THE rINAL MILLAGE RATES. WHEREAS, Section 200.065, Plorlda Statute., provlde. the procedure for fixing the millage rate., and WHEREAS, Section 129.03, Plorida Statutes, sets forth the procedure for preparation and adoption of the budget; and WHEREAS, the Board of county Commlssloners ha. recelved and examined the tentative budgets for each of the County's fundal and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commlsslonera has prepared a statement eummarizing all of the adopted tentative budgets and includes for each budget, the propo.ed tax millag.., the balances, the reserves and the total of each ..jor cl...ification of receipt. and expendlture.; and WHEREAS, Section 200.065, Florlda Statutes, provides that the Board of Co~nty cammi..ioner. ahall hold publlc hearlngs to adopt the tentative budgets. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD or COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUKTY, FLORIDA, that. 1) The t.ntatlve .millage rates a8 set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein, i. hereby approved aa the County's tentative .illage rate8, pur8uant to Sections 129.03 and 200.065, Florida Statutes. 2) The public hearings to adopt the tentative and final budgets pursuant to Section 200.065, plorida Statutes, will be held by the Board of county cammie.ioners Oft..eptember 14 , 1994 at 5:05 P.M. at the Collier county Government Center, Building .F., Third Floor, Board Room, 3301 Ea8t Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida and on September 2B, 1994 at 5:05 P.M. at the Collier 9ove.rll!llen.t Ce!'l.ter., Bl-Illding "P",'l'h.inl .f'1pol:. .Board Room, 3301 East.
