RESOLUTION NO. 94-~
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AGNES VEGA-BOCOCK
AND CELESTINO (ANGEL) GUTIERREZ TO THE
HISPANIC AFFAIRS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-37 creating the
Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board provided that the Advisory Board
shall consist of seven (7) members; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-78 amended Ordinance
No. 91-37 by providing that the Advisory Board shall consist of
nine (9) members; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) members on the Hispanic Affairs
Advisory Board have expired creating 2 vacancies to be filled; and
WH~S, the...Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
partie..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Agnes Vega-Bocock
and Celestino (Angel) Gutierrez are hereby appointed to the
Hi.panic Affairs Advisory Board for terms of four (4) years, said
terms expiring on June 25, 1998.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
