ACCORDMJCr:: WITH ORDIlIANCE 91-47. WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-~7, the direct costs of abatement of certain nuisances, including pr~scribed administrative cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property; and WHER~S, the ~p~t thereof to the County oS to each parcel shall be calculated 'and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together with a description of said parcel; and WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding obligation upon th~ property against ....hich made until paid; and WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30) da.ys atter the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any unpaid portion thereof.
