WITH ORDINANCE 9J-~J.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 9J-~7, ~h~ direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed ~gainst such property;
and
WHEREAS; the cost thereof to the County dO, to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County COr.1mi~;sioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be d lceJill, valid and binding
obligation upon the property against hhich ~~ue until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall beco:;1e due ilnd pilyable thirty (30)

unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CO~ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the prpperty described
as fellows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and
proper notice th~reof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed

The Clerk of the Board shall mail a notice of assessment of lien
to the owner or owners of the above described property, and if such
owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution shall be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida, to constitute a
lien against such property according to law, unless such direction is

According to' the plat thereof recorded in plat Book 9,
Page 2, of the Public Records of Collier County,
Plorida.
You, as the owner of the property ~bOV0 dc~cribed, as
recorded in the records maintained by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby ddvised that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 12/10/93, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on the above property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited accumulation of non-protected mowable
vegetation in excess of 18" in height in a SUbdivision
other than Golden Gate Estates. Prohibited dumping,
accumulation, storage or burial of litter, waste or
abandoned property.
You failed to abate such nuisance; Nhereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
$45.00 and administrative cost or $200.00 for a total of
$245.00. Such costs, by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, have been assessed
become a lien on the property thirty (30) days after such
assessment.
