WHEREAS, as provided in Orclindnc(' 'Jl-47, the clirect costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, includinq prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be d~;sessed aqainst such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Boarcl at COllnty Commissioners, together
with a description of said parcel; dnrl
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be d legal, valicl and binding
obligation upon the property aqain:;t.:ll ich made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30)
days after the mailing of Notice ut A:;:'.('s~;ment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve porTI'nt (12.0%) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.

according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 101, of the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida.
You, as ,the owner of the property iJ,bove described, as
recorded in the records maintained by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby aclvised that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 12/13/93, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on the ~bove property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance ,being:
Probibited accumulation of non-protected mowable
vegetation in excess of 18" in height in a SUbdivision
other than Golden Gate Estates.
You failed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated
by the ~xpenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
$45.00 and administrative cost of $200.00 for a total of
$245.00. Such costs, by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, florida, have been assessed
against the above property on and shall
