WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 'Jl-';7, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, inclUtlinq prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, sha II hr. o\",';r-::~;('>rJ ilrJ,l i n~;t sllch property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost -thereof to the County as to eilch parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board ot County Commissioners, together
with a description o:f said parcel; ancJ
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property against which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30)
days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
