WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-'17, the direct costs of abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property; and WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County uS to each parcel shall be calculated and reported to the Board 01 COllnty Commissioners, together with a description of said parcel; and WHEREAS, such assessment shall be il legal, valid and binding obligation upon the property again~;t ','/llicll l:lade until paid; and WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due iJnd payable thirty (30) days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any unpaid portion thereof.
