A RESOLUTION Of THE BOARD Of COmiTY cor1MISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSr1Er1T OF LI F:N, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC lIUISAtICI::, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatenent of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to th0 County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board cf County Commissioners, together
with a deDcription of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property against ','hich made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the aSsesslllent~shall b0c:ome due ilnd payable thirty (30)
day. after the mailing of Notice of M;s~ssm~nt a fter which interest
shall accrue at ar.~~e of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any
unpaid portion thet~bf.
now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD Of COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, fLORIDA, that the property described

proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed

The Clerk of the Board shall mail a notice of assessment of lien
to the owner or owners of the above described property, and if such
owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy of this ResOlution shall be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, florida, to constitute a
lien against such property according to law, unless such direction is

Lot 37, Lake Kelly, Unit 2, according to the plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 93 of the Public
Records of C~llier County, Florida.
You, as the owner of the property above described, as
recorded in the records maintained by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby advised that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 1/10/94, order the abatement of a
c~rtain nuisance existing on the above property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibit.~ dUlllping, accumulation, storage or burial of
litter, waste or abandoned property.
You failed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
$75.00 and administrative cost of $200.00 for a total of
$275.00. Such costs, by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, florida, have been assessed
against the above property on

You may request a hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners to show cause, if any, why the expenses and
charges incurred by the County under this Ordinance are
unwarranted or excessive or why such expenses should not

Commissioners, Government Center, Naples, Florida 33962 in
