WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County ,"1" to each parcel shall be

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as fnllows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and

according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9,
at Pages 1 through 7, inclusive, of the PUblic Records
of Collier County, Florida.
You, as the owner of the property above described, as
recorded in the re<1:ords ITiaintained by the office of the
Property Apprais.er, are hereby advised that the Compliance

~ervices Manager, did on 1/13/94, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on the above property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited accumulation of non-protected mowable
vBqetation in excess of 18" in height in a SUbdivision
other than Golden Gate Estates.
You failed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
$45.00 and administrative cost of $200.00 for a total of
$245.00. Such costs, by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, have been assessed

You may request a hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners to show cause, if ~ny, why the expenses nnd
