WHEREAS, as provided in Ord inanc,., ')1-1, 7, ~h0 cl ir'lct costs of

and

with a description of said parcel; and

6, Pages 39 to 46, of the Public Records of Collier
County, Florida.
You, as the owner of the propert'l ilboVE: described, as
recorded in the records malntained by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby ~dvlsed that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 1/21/94, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on the above property prohibited by
Ordinance91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited a~tation of non-protected mowable
vegetation in excess of 18" in height in a SUbdivision
other than Golden Gate Estates.
You failed to abate such nui~ance; ~hereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
$45.00 and administrative cost of $200.00 for a total of
$245.00.
Such costs, by Resolution ot the Board of Count!
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, have been assessed
become a lien on the property thirty (30) days after such
assessment.
You may request a hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners to show cause, if any, why the expenses and
charges incurred by the County under thls Ordinance are
