AMENDMENT
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between Wells Fargo Bank, N ,A., a national banking
association, it its capacity as mortgage loan servicer and attorney in fact for Yale Mortgage
Corporation, Seller, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking a:ssociation, in its capadty as
mortgage loan servicer and attorney in fact for U,S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for
YMLT 2007-1, Corrected Seller, and Collier County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida,
Purchaser. Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement effective
as of April 28, 2010, executed by Purchaser on April 29, 2010, and executed by Seller on May 3,
2010 (the "Agreement"). Purchaser, Seller and Corrected Seller Wish to amend the Agneement
with the following tenns and conditions:
1. The First Paragraph of the Agreement, and Paragraph 1 of Exhibit "0" to the
Agneement, are amended a nd corrected to reflect that the Correct identity of the Seller is
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, in its capacity as mortgage loan
servlcer and attorney in fact for U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for YMLT
2007-1,
Except as expressly provided herein, the Agneement between the Purchaser and the
Corrected Seller remains in full force and effect according to the telms and conditions contained
therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto ElXcept as expressly provided
otherwise herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the purchaser, the Seller, and the Corrected Seller have executed this
Amendment as of the dates hereinafter stated.
