The First Paragraph of the Agreement, and Paragraph 1 of Exhibit "0" to the Agneement, are amended a nd corrected to reflect that the Correct identity of the Seller is Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, in its capacity as mortgage loan servlcer and attorney in fact for U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for YMLT 2007-1, Except as expressly provided herein, the Agneement between the Purchaser and the Corrected Seller remains in full force and effect according to the telms and conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto ElXcept as expressly provided otherwise herein.
