bonuses related to the provision of affordable housing. The AHDB may add up to eight {8)
unite per gross acre to the base density of four {4) dwelling units per gross acre, for a total
twelve {12) dwelling unite per gross acre, mlnua any density reduction, in the Urban Designated
~u'e~. VVhen the AHDB is combined with the base density and other density bonuses or density
reductions, the total density shall in no event exceed six-teen (1 G) dwelling units per gross acre..-'
Affordable Housing Density Bonus ("AHDB"} Program means the program which
implements the affordable housing density bonus provisions of the Collier County Grow~ Management
Plan through the use of 1} an Affordable Housing Density Bonus Rating System, and 2} an Affordable
Density Bonus Monitoring Program. The purpose of the AHDB prog.ram is to allow for the
Provision of effordable housing (moderate, Iow, and very Iow Income) in Collier County, Florida, by
