ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 8521N BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN
DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF WALKERBILT ROAD, WEST OF TAMIAMI
TRAIL (U.S. 41), IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP
48 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM A-2 TO C-4 FOR AN OFFICE
BUILDING; AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

Supporting engineering construction drawings shall be
provided showing location, configuration and size. The
water ~eter size and location must be shown.
16. The existing °ff~site water facilities of the District
must-, be evaluated for hydraulic capacity to serve this
project and reinforced as required, if necessary,
consistent with the County,s Water Master Plan to ensure
that the District's water system can hydraulically
provide a sufficient quantity of water to meet the
anticipated demands of the project and the District's
existing committed capacity.
17. The existing off-site sewage transmission facilities of
the district must be. evaluated for hydraulic capacity to
serve* this project and' improved as required outside the
project's boundary to provide adequate capacity to
transport the additional wastewater generated without
adverse impact to the existing'transmission facilities.
