Amendment to As Is Contract #1 , " NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM Property Address: 2040 46th Terrace SW, Naples, FL 34116 Folio Number: 35744080005 AMENDMENT TO SALE AND PURCHASE CONTRACT THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, (Seller) and BRENDA M. REYES and WILSON M. REYES, husband and wife, (Purchaser). Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain "As Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase effective as of April 20, 2010 (the "Agreement"), Purchaser and Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions: 1. Line 19 of the Agreement is revised to provide that, notwithstanding any other provisions of the Agreement, the 2nd Earnest Money Deposit shall be delivered to the Escrow Agent within two (2) business days of the Closing in the form of a Certified Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Cash. Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
