WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-16, as amende~
currently requires the County Manager to prepare and distribute
the agenda for the regular meetings of the Board not later than
five (5) days preceding the regular meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that four (4) calendar days allows
sufficient time for review of the agenda by the Board and all
other interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
SECTION ONE. Amendments to Section 1.1.c.2. of Collier County
Ordinance No. 75-16, as amended.
Section 1.1.c.2. is hereby amended to read as follows:
2) The County Manager shall prepare each'agenda in
appropriate form approved by the County Commission.
Matters may be placed on the agenda by the County
Manager, any County Commissioner, the Clerk, the County
Attornsy, and the Constitutional Officers. The agenda
shall be prepared and distributed not later than
~5~ four (4) days preceding the regular meeting.
SECTION TWO. Conflict and Severability
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with any other
ordinance of Collier counuy or other applicable law, the more
restrictive shall apply. If any phrase or portion of this
Ordinance is held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of
competent Jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate,
distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion.

,~i. SECTION THREE. Effective Date.
~.' This ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed
~ with the Secretary of State.
