The existing off-site sewage transmission fi~cilities of the district must be evalu;:~ted for hydraulic capacity to serve this project and irhproved as required outside the projects boundary to provide adequate capacity to transport the additional wastewater generated without adverse impact to the existing transmission facilities. · 6.
