Ordinance 91-082 ORDINAMCE NO. 91- 82 /.a-~'-- -'~,~ AN ORDINA~ICE ~MEND]:NG ORDINAl,CE NUMBER 82-2, THE ~ ~. ~D RE~TED PROCES.~ING AND PRODUCTION; BY PROVIDING ~ .//FOR CONFLICT AND S~E~BILITY; AND BY PROVIDING ~ ~0, ~ ~,%~ EFFECPIVE DATE. ~S, on January 5, 1982, the Board of County Commissioners approved Ordinance Number 82-2, the Collier County Zoning Ordinance, which established the A-1 Zoning District; and ~S, Glen Simpson, representing Collier Enterprises, Inc., petitioned the Board of County Co~issioners of CoXlier County, Florida, to amend Ordinance N~er 82-2, the Collier County Zoning Ordinance, by amending Section 7.8, A-1 - Agricult'~ral District, Subsection 3, Permitted Provisional Uses and Struct~es, by adding Subsection 3(e), Earth Mining and Related Processing and Production. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT O~3AINED by the Board of County ' Co~issionerm of Collier County, Florida: SE~ION ONE: ~endments to Section 7.8, A-1 Agricultural District, Subsection 3, Permitted Prov~tonal Uses and Structures, of Ordinance 82-2, as amended. Section 7.8, A-1 - Agricultural District, Subsection 3, Permitted Provisional Uses and Structures, of Ordinance 82-2, the Zoning Ordinance of Collier County, Florida is hereby amended to re~?~as.~ follows: ~:.: ~ · 3) Permitted Provisional Uses and Structures. If any phraso or portion of the Ordinance is held invalid or · unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed · separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion. · .
