THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made the 15th day of January, 2010 by U.S. Bank National
Association, as trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through
Certificates, Series 2007-AHL2, herein called the grantor, to Collier Cnunty, a Political Subdivision of
the State of Florida, whose post office address is 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34H2,
hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto grantee all that certain land situate in Collier County,
State of Florida, viz.:
The North 180 Feet of Tract 105, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 22,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 83
and 84 in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
The property is not now and never has been the homestead of the grantor.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belouging or in anywise
appertaining.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND, the grantor hereby covenants with grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land, that the grantor
hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons claiming by, through or under Grantor.
