First,I would like to apologize for not obtaining the permit to tear down our little structure at an
earlier time,but times haves been difficult due to the passing of our father.
I am Maria L.Aguayo, daughter of Juanita and Rosalio Aguayo;I AM writing you on behalf of my
mother. We would like to request ao,extension to come up with funds for the iennit.
We filled out the application to receive the permit and we were under the impression that the total
cost would be less than $200.00.My sister-in-kw,Jessie called and was informed that the permit
itself would be$75 and an additional$50 for each inspection;which would be two inspections.
When we went to Collier County Community Development and Environmental Services Division in
Naples,Jennifer Breining assisted us file the application. We were told that the total is$603.00;due
to the hearing and the violation. Because we were surprised at that amount,we,of course,could not
pay that sum at that moment. So we have applied for the permit and all we need is to accumulate
the funds.
Since the loss of out father,we have been struggling to catch up with bills. My brother is the only
one who is providing for this family tight now;receiving an income of around$250.00 per week
If you take us into consideration for more time we would be extremely grateful and a lot less
stressful for my mother,she's all we have left and she means the world to us.

2) Abate all violations by:
