ADDENDUM
THIS ADDENDUM is entered into by and between Wachovia Mortgage Corporation, Seller, Wells
Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, in its capacity as mortgage loan servlcer and
attorney in fact for US Bank National Association, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2007-1,
Corrected Seller, and Collier County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, Purchaser.
Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement effective as of
February 24, 2010, executed by Purchaser on March 9, 2010, and executed by Seller on March
11, 2010 (the "Agreement"). Purchaser, Seller and Corrected Seller wish to amend the
Agreement with the following terms and conditions:
1. The First Paragraph of the Agreement, and Paragraph 1 of Exhibit "D" to the
Agreement, are revised and corrected to reflect that the correct identity of the Seller is
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, in its capacity as mortgage loan
servicer and attorney in fact for US Bank National Association, as Trustee for GSAA Home
Equity Trust 2007-1.
Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the
Corrected Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained
therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided
otherwise herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Purchaser, the Seller, and the Corrected Seller have executed this
Addendum as of the dates hereinafter stated.
