Petition R-90-35, agree to the following stipulations requested
by -the- Collier .. County Planning Commission in their public
~:i,..'~ ._ requirements in Section 8.3? of the Collier County Zoning
Ordinance, shall be constructed along the southern property
boundary between the edge of the existing lake and
Whippoorwill Lane right-of-way.
.Access improvements shall not be subject to impact fee
credits and shall be in place beform any certificates of
occupancy are issued.
2. The road impact fee shall be as set forth in Ordinance
~:* 85-55, as amended, and shall be paid at the time building
permits are issued unless otherwise approved by the Board

i'/ 1. Detailed paving, grading, site drainage and utility plans
~hall be submitted to Project Review Services for review.
No construction permits shall be issued unless and until
approval of the proposed construction in accordance with

' 2. In accordance with the Rules of the South Florida Water
~,"' Management District, (SFWMD) Chapters 40E4 and 40E-40, this
. project shall be designed for a.storm event of 3-day
duration and 25-year return frequency.

constructed in full. compliance with Chapters 10D-6 and

· , 2. This project shall extend a 12" water main from Pine Ridge
Road along Whippoorwill Lane to the project and properly
capped for future connection. The water meter size and
location must be shown. Connection to the water main within
Pine Ridge Road is required. This project shall be
designed and constructed in accordance with Ordinance No.
