WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance

inadvertently included incomplete or .inaccurate legal
descriptions in Ordinance Number 92-43~ and
WHEREAS, The Community Development Services Division,
representing the Board of County Comm~ssioners, has requested to
correct a scrivensr's error in the legal description of the
herein described real properties.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
