Pass-Through Ce"tifieates Series 2006-E ,whose post-office mailing address is c/o Litton Loan Servicing, LP,
4828 Loop Central Drive, Houston, TX 77081, hereinafter called the Grantor, and COLLIER COUNTY, a
Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, its successors and assigns, whose post office mailing addrcss is
3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, hereinafter called the Grantee.
(Wherever used herein the tcrms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include the parties to this instnunent and their heirs,
legal representatives and assignees of individuals, and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum ofTEN and 00/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents, does grant,
bargain and sell, alien, remisc, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee all that certain land, situate in
Collier County Florida, viz:
The West 75 feet of the West 150 feet of Tract No. 90 Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 42, according to the Map or
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 27, of the Public Records ofCollicr County, Florida.

Subject to: Restrictions, limitations, conditions, reservations, covenants and easements of record, if any; all
applicable zoning ordinances; and taxes for the current year and all prior and subsequent years.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee ilIa! the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee'
simple; that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby
fully warrants ll1e title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by,
through or under ll1e Grantor.
Pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 689.071, F.S., the within named Trustee has the power and aulllOrity to protect,
conserve and to sell, or to lease, or to encumber, or otherwise to manage and dispose of the above-described real
property.
The undersigned Agent further states that the below-described Power of Attorney has not been heretofore
revoked by the Principal and is still in full force and effect.
