CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM RURAL

FIRE CONTROL AND RESCUE DISTRICT No. 26, LOCATED
AT THE INTERSECTION OF US 41 AND LAKE PARK
BOULEVARD, IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH,
RANGE 27 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
CONSISTING OF 3.68+/- ACRES; AND BY PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Robert L. Duane, AICP, of Hole Montes, Inc., representing East Naplcs Fire
Control and Rescue District No. 26, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change
the zoning classification of the herein described real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
SECTION ONE:
The zoning classification of the real property more particularly described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, located in Section 20, Township 51 South,
Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from Rural Agriculture (A) and Commercial
Intermediate (C-3) Zoning Districts to a Public Use (P) Zoning District for a 3.68+/- acre project
known as East Naples Fire Control and Rescuc District No. 26, subject to the Conditions of
Approval, attached hereto as Exhibit "8" and incorporated herein and in accordancc with the
Map of Future Development Area attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and incorporated herein. The
appropriate zoning atlas map or maps. as described in Ordinance Number 2004-41, as amended,
the Collier County Land Development Code, is/are hereby amended accordingly.

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State.
