DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF CALUSA AVENUE APPROXIMATELY
225 FEET WEST OF AIRPORT-PULLING ROAD
(C.R. 31) IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 50
SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM THE RSF-4 RESIDENTIAL
SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT TO THE
C-1/T COMMERCIAL PROFESSIONAL
TRANSITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT; PROVIDING
FOR STAFF AND PLANNING COMMISSION
STIPULATIONS; AND BY PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
~' W}FEREAS, the Growth Planning Department, representing the
Board of County Commissioners petitioned to change the zoning
classification of the herein described real propmrty;
WHEREAS, the Commercial Professional/Transitional District
(C-l/T) is consistent with the Growth Management Plan on the

i~. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
The zoning classification of the herein described real
property located in Section 11, Township 50 South, Range 25 East,
· Collier County, Florida, is changed from RSF-4, Residential Single
; Family Zoning District to C-l/T, Commercial Professional Zoning
District and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 0511N, as
described in Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County Land Development
Code is hereby amended accordingly:
Lots 6 through 10, Block C, Naples Gardens as recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 13 of the Public Records of Collier
County, Florida.
be and the same for which the rezone is hereby approved subject to
the following conditions:
1.The subject property shall be limited to the
following uses:
a. Water management facilities, eignage,
driveway/entrance road, and landscaping.
2. At the ti~e of Site Development Plan review,
special cbnsideration shall be given to the
project's ingress/egress design so as to mitigate
negative impacts upon the nearby surrounding
residential neighborhood, in conformance with the
requirements of the Land Development Code.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed
with the Secretary of State.
