WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County
Commissioners adopted ordinance No. 88-42, pertaining a
rezone from C-5 to Mobile Home Rental Park on. April 26, 1988,
and
WHEREAS, following said action adopting Ordinance No.
88-42, staff was advised that a portion of the site's legal
description had been omitted from Exhibit A, Section One of
said Ordinance by mistake and constitutes a scrivener's
error.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The legal description'of Exhibit A, Section One of
Ordinance 88-42, is hereby amended, by adding the corrected
legal description to read as follows:
