WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of ~ol

Mo. 86-30, as amended by Ordinance 88-2 , crea _hg
?'/ Immokalee Airport Advisory Board (hereinafter referr~.~tc~Das
' the "~dvisory Board") for the purpose of advising the Airport
:~_~ Manager in the operation and proper development of the
Immokalee Airport and monitoring the effect of such operations
upon the Immokalee area~ and
members who are pilots or owners of aviation related businesses
at the Immokalee Airport or interested in the orderly
development of the Immokalse area in relation to the uses(s)
and development of the Immokalee Airport~
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 22, 1993
wherein the Board passed and duly adopted Collier County
OL~dina~ce No. 93-36 creating the Collier County Airport
Authority ~ and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that it is now appropriate to
repeal Collier County Ordinance No. 86-30, as amended by
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF 'COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
~. REPEAL OF COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE.
Collier County Ordinance No. 86-30 and Collier County
Ordinance 88-22 ere hereby repealed in their entirety.
~. REPEAL OF COUNTY RESOLUTIONS APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE ADVISORY BOARD.
All County resolutions appointing members' to the
Immokalee Airport Advisory Board are hereby repealed in their

~u~. CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY.
In the event this Ordinance conflicts with any other
ordinance cf Collier County or other applicable law, the more
restrictive shall apply. If any phrase or portion of this
Ordinance is held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of
competent Jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a
separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion..

.... · .... . This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
acknowledgment from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance
has been filed with the Secretary of State.
