Ordinance 93-68 ORDINANCE NO. 93- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER ~.~ 91-102 THE COLLIER COUNTY LA/~D DEVELOPMENT CODE WHICH ESTABLISHED THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 2809S BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF US-41 IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 52 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM RSF-3 TO RSF-4 TO REDUCE /~' THE FRONT YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENT; PROVIDING FOR STAFF AND PLANNING COMMISSION STIPULATIONS; AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Robert L. Duane of Hole, Montes & Associates,~-~.~ Inc., representing Port of the Islands, Inc., petitioned the Board of County' Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA: The Zoning Classification of the herein described real located in Section Township 52 28 property 9, South, Range East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from RSF-3 to RSF-4 and the Official zoning Atlas Map Number 2809S, as described in Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County Land Development Code is hereby amended accordingly: Lots 4 through 92, Port of the Islands (The Cays) Phase II, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages I through 4, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. be and the same for which the rezone is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: Exhibit "A" This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed with the Secretary of State.
