AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in 1991 the Long Range Planning Department,
representing the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to the
Zoning Reevaluation Ordinance 90-23, rezoned unimproved parcels
from RMF-6 (Residential Multiple Family) to RSF-3 (Residential
Single Family) in order to bring the.~e unimproved parcels into
compliance with the Growth Management Plan;
WHEREAS, the Long Range Planning Department, representing the
Board of County Commissioners, by Ordinance No. 93-22 rezoned the
remaining RMF-6 (Residential Multiple Family) to RSF-3
(Residential Single Family) in order to provided for continuity in
the zoning district;
WHEREAS, the Long Range Planning Department, representing the
Board of County Commissioners, petitioned to change the zoning
classification of the herein described real property;
WHEREAS, the RSF-3, Residential Single Family, Zoning
District is consistent with the Density Rating System of the
Future Land Use Element of the Growth Management Plan on the
subject property;
WHEREAS, the RSF-3, Residential Single Family, Zoning
District allows development on the subject property that is
compatible with the surrounding area;
WHEREAS, the RSF-3, Residential Single Family, Zoning
District will allow development on the subject property that has
the same or lesser impacts upon public services and facilities
than the existing Zoning Di~ct;~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TtlE BOARD OF COUNTY
COM]~ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that.'
~: Reone of property with Residential Zoning Designation
The zoning classification of the hereinafter described real
property as set forth in Exhibit A, located in Section 16,
Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, is
changed from the RMF-6, Residential Multiple Family, Zoning
District to the RSF-3, Residential Single Family, Zoning District
and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 0616S, as described in
Ordinance Number 91-102, the Collier County l~nd Development Code,
as amended, is hereby amended accordingly.
~: Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed
with the Secretary of State.
