RE: O~dlnance 93-19
· Collier County, Florida
Dear Nre, Cloud:
.i.~' On Nay 3, 1993, Z spoke with your Assistant, Vicky, regarding
.~. Ordinance 93-J9 which waa incorrect and inadvertently sent to your
/'.' office. As Z indicated on the telephone, the Board of County
· Comal~ssionere o~ Collier County made a correction to Page 6 and Page 7
of Ordinance 93-19 in Regular Session on April 13, 1993. The change
on Page 6, Section IV, Paragraph B should read "Rule 91-37.008"
instead of ."Rule 91-37.00~" and the change on Page 7, Paragraph D,
should read that "Amounts on deposit In the Local Housing Assistance
Trust Fund shall be invested according to Collier County Investment
policies and procedures" Instead of "invested in the State Board of
Administrat~on's government surplus fund trust fund established pur-
suant to Chapter 218, Part IV, Florida Statutes."
Attached ts the. correct ordinance as well as a copy of the minutes
of the regular Board o~ County Commissioners~ meeting of April 13,
1993, where this ordinance was adopted with the changes.
I am requesting that this ordinance be validated and replace the
'~ incorrect ordinance that was sent to your office on April 19, 1993, as
Ordinance 93-19. The only changes as'I indicated above are to Pages 6
and ~ of Ordinance 93-19 which could be replaced in the previous ordt-
- nanca If this would be easier. I respectfully request an
acknowledgment letter regarding the outcome of this matter.
I am sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for. your time and
effort concerning this matter.
Very truly yours,
