Commercial Development Company, petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change the zoning classification of
the herein described real property~
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
The Zoning Cla~sification of the herein described real
property located in Section 28, Township 48 South, Range 25
East, Collier County, Florid&, is changed from "PUD" (Days
Inn) to "PUD" Planned Unit Development in accordance with the
Coventry Square PUD Document, attached hereto as Exhibit
and incorporated by reference herein. The Official Zoning
Atlas Map Number 8528N, as described in Ordinance Number
91-102, the Collier County Land Development Code, is hereby
amended accordingly.

County Commissioners of Collier County is hereby repealed in
its entirety.
