subject to access and median controls in accordance with
FDOT and County requirements.
b. Dependtn~ on future access onto Wlnth Street, the
applicant shall be responsible for providing turn lanes
onto SR 29, upgradlng Ninth Street along the property
frontage to Collier County collector standards, including
the donation of compensating right-of-ray, construction of
bike l~ths, etc.
