WHEREAS, Ramon Rodriques and Jose Rodriques, petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners to change the zoning
classification of the herein described real propertTX
NOW~ THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FTJDRIDA=
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property located in Section 36, Township 46 South, Range 2S
East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from A-MHO-Rural
AgTtoultural District to NH-Mobile 11oral Distr4ct and the
Official Zoning atlas Fap Number 6836N, as described in
Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County land Development Code is
hereby amended accordinglyx

subject to the following conditions=
1. Development of the property for three or more dwelling
units is not' authorized until a public sanitary sewer
system is available to the site.
2. Adequate rt ht-of-way to provide for one-half of a sixty
(60) foot r~ght-of-way shall be dodicatod as street
right-of-way at the time of first recording of a plat.
3o The owners of record at the time of platting the land
into 3 or more record lots agree to participate in the
establishment of an ~STU for the purposes of ulx/radtng
Lake Trafford Farms Road to County standards and in any
event no development of the ~operty
evellin~ units is authorized until Lake Trafford Farms
Road is upSfaded to County standards°
4.The maximm number of dwelling units per acre shall be
limited to four dwelling units per acre.
5. ~n owner of land within the area of the subject property
may at some future date submit an application for
rezoning to a zoning classification consistent with the
I~mokalee ~rea NaBtar Plan for the purpose of building a
site built single-family residence without having to pay
the application fee.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt
notice from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has
been filed with the Secretary of State:
