I) The building of three story units, approximately 45 foot high, on the eastern boundary of the proposed development would impact greatly on the value of the property of the single family dwellings of Naples Heritage Golf and Country Club. 2) The privacy, presently experienced, on the properties overlooking the lake would be severely compromised by such high buildings. 3) The view across the lake would be negated by high buildings. 4) At the outset of any building a buffer zone should be established, with preferably trees, to avoid a "wasteland" as presently experienced with the development of Firano.
