Inc., representing WCI Communities Limited Partnership, a Delaware
Limited Partnership, as successor to WCN Communities, Inc., petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners to change the zoning classification
of the heroin described real property and to amend Ordinance Number
95-4 to replace the Pelican Marsh Master Plan to reflect the boundary
change brought about by this rezoning action and to revise the total
acreage of the project;
