Ordinance 95-03 ORDINANCE NO. 95- 3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-102, THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE WHICH ESTABLISHED THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER MB6D BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10 COVEWOOD COURT, IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 52 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM RSF-3-RP TO C-3 FOR A DENTAL OFFICE; PROVIDING FOR STAFF AND PLANNING COMMISSION STIPULATIONS; AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Dr. Luc Christian Mazzini petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA: The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property located in Section 16, Township 52 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, is changed from RSF-3-RP to C-3, and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number MB6D, as described in Ordinance 91-102, the Collier County Land Development Code, is hereby amended accordingly: Lot 17, Block 70, Marco Beach Unit 2, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 25-31, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. be and the same for which the fezone is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: Uses limited to professional offices, including medical offices. This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed with the Secretary of State.
