THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made the 9th day of July, 2009 by Deutsche Bank National Trust
Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-HE7 Mortgage Pass-Through
Certificates, Series 2006-HE7, herein called the grantor, to Collier County a Political Subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose post office address is 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, hereinafter
called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That grantor, for and in consideration of the sum ofTEN Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto grantee all that certain land situate in Collier County, State of
