EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, on September 11, 1990, the Board of County Commissioners
app~oved Ordinance Number 90-69, which established the Astron Plaza
Planned Unit Development; and
~EREAS, Blair A. Foley of Coastal Engineering Consultants, Inc.,
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, to amend Ordinance Number 90-69, as set forth below;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida that:
SECTION ONE: ~ENDMENTS TO D~EIBPMENT STANDARDS SECTION,
PA~G~PH 5 "~XI~ HEIGHT OF SECTION 3.2,
"DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS"
Section 3.2.5 "Maximum Height", of the Astron Plaza Planned
Unit Development (Ordinance No. 90-69), is hereby amended to read
as follows:
5 Maximum Height - ~hirty-~ivc .... feet Forty-Two {42) feet
SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the
Department of State.
