ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 91-102,
THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE,
TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR ON THE
OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 9515N
REFERRING TO THE ZONING DISTRICT OF C-4, ,".
P AND RSF-4, WHICH SHOULD STATE C-4 ON
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY (EXHIBIT "A") ,
LOCATED IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH,
RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA;
AND. BY PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners adopted
Ordinance No. 91-102, the Collier County Land Development Code on
October 13, 1991, and
WHEREAS, following said action adopting Ordinance No. 91-102,
the Collier County Land Development Code, staff was advised that the
zoning classification of the site depicted on the map attached hereto
as Exhibit "B" is in error and its correction constitutes a scrivener's
error.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE: CORRECTION OF ZONING CLASSIFICATION ON ZONING ATLAS MAP
The zoning classification, of the subject property (Exhibit A) as
approved by the adoption of Ordinance No. 91-102, the Collier County
Development Code, is hereby corrected to C-4 from the previous
incorrect zoning classification of C-4, P and RSF-4.
SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the
Department of State.
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida, this J3 day of ~~____, 1996.
