WHEREAS, the Collier County Parks and Recreation Department,
representing the Collier County Board of County Commissioners,
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the zoning
classification of the herein described real property;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~ISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA;
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property
located in Section 13, Township 50 South, Range 25 East, Collier
County, Florida, is changed from "PUD" to "PUD" Planned Unit
Development in accordance with the PUD Document, attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", which is incorporated herein and by reference made part
hereof. The Official Zoning Atlas Map(s) Numbered 0513S, as described
in Ordinance Number 91-102, the Collier County Land Development Code,
is hereby amended accordingly.
SECTION TWO:
Ordinance Number 83-36, as amended, known as the "Lake Avalon"
PUD, adopted on July 26, 1983 by the Board of County Co~issioners of
Collier County, is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION THREE:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the
Department of State.
