WHEREAS, on OCTOBER 23, 1979, the Board of County Commissioners
approved Ordinance Number 79-81, which established the Wyndemere
Planned Unit Development; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance Number 79-81 was previously amended by
Ordinance Number 81-29, approved by the Collier County Board of County
Commissioners on August 11, 1981; amended by Ordinance Number 84-66,
approved by the Collier County Loard of County Commissioners on
September 25, 1984; amended by Ordinance Number 87-86, approved by the
Collier County Board of County Commissioners on October 27, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Alan D. Reynolds, of Wilson, Miller, Barton & Peek, Inc.,
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, to amend Ordinance Number 79-81,as set forth below;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that;
SECTION ONE: AMENDMENT TO EXCEPTIONS TO COUNTY SUBDIVI$~0H
REGULATIONS. ARTICLE X. SECTION 16L
Exceptions to County Subdivision Regulations, Article X, Section
16 of Wyndemere Planned Unit Development, (Ordinance 79-81, as
amended), is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION TWO: EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the
Department of State.
